FACILITATION

Leading by Design facilitates planning and teambuilding by using group process skills and serving as a
neutral party to enable organizations to work more effectively. The facilitator focuses on the process by
assuring all sides and points of view are heard and provides an open, fair and inclusive environment.
The facilitator also keeps the group focused on the topic and moves the group toward decision-making.
